We offer several lines of products from stock, as well as offering extensive capabilities for custom-designed products.
Our stock products include:
- Fresnel lenses and other optical products for use with visible and near-infrared light; these products are also moldable from our POLY IR® materials, which transmit in various windows in the infrared.
- POLY IR® materials for use from the near to the far infrared
- Lens arrays for passive infrared (PIR) motion detection
- Diffusers of various types
We also offer design, tooling, and production services for custom products. Previous custom product applications have included molded plastics optics for passive infrared motion detection, noncontact thermometry, gas monitoring, lighting, optical communications, and many others. We can offer prototype diamond machined plastics optics before you move on to production tooling. We can also offer prototype through production optics in diamond-machinable infrared optical materials such as germanium, silicon, and zinc sulfide, as well as prototype though production diamond machined reflective optics.
